When we entered this transformer factory in Mexico, the first impression was not a typical production site—but rather a living industrial museum still in operation.

On one of the machines, a metal nameplate quietly displayed a year: 1911

It had been running for more than a century.

This was not just a piece of equipment.
It was a witness to industrial history still embedded in daily production.

During the onsite assessment, we found a traditional manufacturing workflow still in use:

●Copper wire is first drawn

●Then transferred to a separate annealing process

●Multiple disconnected steps relying heavily on manual operation

●Low efficiency and high labor intensity

●Most critically, annealing quality is difficult to control consistently

This was not a capability issue.
It was a process limitation inherited from another era.

While production was still possible, the system clearly showed:

 Limited efficiency scalability
 Unstable quality consistency
 Difficulty in meeting higher-end market requirements

A factory with deep craftsmanship history—
but constrained by outdated manufacturing logic.

The Turning Point: Rethinking the Process Itself

TRIHOPE did not start by offering equipment.

We started by addressing a fundamental question:

The problem is not the machine being old—it is the process itself that is outdated.

After technical evaluation and multiple rounds of discussion, the customer made a decisive move:

 A full upgrade of the copper wire manufacturing process.

In March 2026, TRIHOPE successfully installed and commissioned its first system at the customer site:

After commissioning, the changes were immediate:

●Variable quality → Stable and repeatable output

●High productivity with high speed→ Max 1000m/min without load, Max 600m/min fully loaded 4 wires

 

Efficiency and product quality were significantly improved.

More importantly:

The customer is now able to confidently target higher-standard and higher-value orders, and he agreed to further upgrade the factory with help of TRIHOPE.

Once the first batches of stable production were achieved, the customer’s perspective changed fundamentally.
