Paper wrapping machine is a winding wire made of bare copper (aluminum) wire extruded or drawn from oxygen free copper rod or electrical round copper (aluminum) rod through a certain specification mold as the core, and wrapped with single-layer or multi-layer cable paper, inter turn insulation paper, non-woven fabric, mica tape and other insulating strip materials. The finished product line is mainly used for winding coils of oil immersed transformers, welding machines, electromagnets, etc. This machine ensures consistent tension, alignment, and smooth layering of paper, critical for producing high-quality winding wire.
