Trihope Advanced Vacuum Drying Equipment was installed successfully in Thailand

In golden season of September, more and more advanced machines and equipment were installed and passed inspection, and gained the full trust from the customers. We success installed the Vacuum Drying Equipment at our Thailand Customer Factory.

Trihope Team, overcame numerous challenges despite the limited workshop space and poor tools provided by the client, fully utilized the skills of our technical personnel, remained undeterred by hardship, and worked overtime to successfully install two sets of vacuum drying equipment. There are still three sets of vacuum equipment being produced at the factory, which will be expected to be installed and debugged in Thailand in November 2025.

Main Technical Improvements:

• Oil tank and oil pipeline using 304 stainless steel, no impurities and pollution.
• The vacuum system design has a new type of condenser, so that most of the moisture from the condenser cooling, condensed to water and released, effectively avoid moisture in the drying process to affect the vacuum pumps.
• The high temperature magnetic pump is used as the heat transfer pump to make the heating system more stable and avoid the leakage of heat conducting oil.
• In the process of heating the body temperature according to different times, automatic pressure exchange and transformation will be reduced to a certain value in the vacuum tank pressure cycle, create the most suitable conditions for the moisture evaporation from the insulation part of the active part during the evaporation process of drying process in a reasonable state.
• Because of the scientific control of variable pressure drying process, combined with domestic and foreign technology, can effectively solve the iron core rust problem in the drying process.
• The level of automation and product processing reach to advance level, the quality of products handled can reach the level of superior class in the industry.
• This equipment electric control system and each component system is stable and reliable, can guarantee the smooth operation.

To ensure ongoing support, Trihope team visit to Thailand to provide installation, commission, and trainning for customer, until the customer 100% understand and well operation the equipment, so thus obtained the customer's satisfaction and praise.
