The HV winding machine is suitable for winding coils of large and medium-sized transformers. This equipment is composed of a winding host, automatic wire ranking device, layer insulation feeding device, flat wire expansion adjustable pay-off stand, pneumatic system, PLC control system, Servo motor system, and touch screen man-machine interface and so son. It has the characteristics of high automation, complete functions, and strong power, providing assurance for the axial tightness and amplitude tightness of coil winding.
Insulator paper slitting machine is applicable for the slitting tooling of industrial adhesive tape, electronic material, protective film, copper foil, aluminum foil, OPP,PE,PVC, sheet etc.
Our company automatic slitting machine employs photoelectric track and rectification system, and the magnetic powder clutch is adopted to control the feeding and rewinding tension. Main machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation. The movement of the rubber roller is controlled by the cylinder. laminating and slitting be done at one time , laminating or slitting can be done separately. Accurate slitting, fast speed, easy to operate and maintenance.

Multi-functional Busbar Process equipment has three units:Punching ,shearing and bending .the machine adopts dual layer platforms design scheme, three units can be operated at the same time without disturbing each other.
The pressboard Shearing Machine is mainly used for shearing of insulating cardboard with high accuracy in transformer industry. Material is fed automatically with CNC control. The required size can be automatically cut out by inputting the required shear width and dimensions for both ends through the touch screen to improve the shearing accuracy and efficiency.
