The GZR-1200-II winding machine is suitable for winding coils of large and medium-sized transformers. This equipment is composed of a winding host, automatic wire ranking device, layer insulation feeding device, flat wire expansion adjustable pay-off stand, pneumatic system, PLC control system, Servo motor system, and touch screen man-machine interface and so son. It has the characteristics of high automation, complete functions, and strong power, providing assurance for the axial tightness and amplitude tightness of coil winding.

    Functional features:

    1.This machine adopts a hard fabric gear mechanical transmission system, which is characterized by high efficiency and low noise.

    2.The motor has a braking function, which is sensitive and reliable.

    3.Electrically, variable frequency speed regulation is adopted, and the braking is controlled by the frequency converter, so the starting and braking slopes are adjusted accordingly. Can be preset to make it suitable for the optimal state of wire winding.

    4.Variable frequency speed regulation has a wide range, accurate and stable speed regulation.

    5.With automatic wire ranking function, and the wire ranking rack can be linked with the wire head.

    6. Adopts a servo motor and PLC control system, with a high-definition touch screen for data display and human-machine dialogue. It adopts imported ball screw drive and linear guide rail to ensure precise wire ranking.

    7. Set up dedicated lines to synchronize automatic wire ranking and winding.

    8. Can achieve multi wires parallel winding or lap winding, with a maximum of 4 wires winding in parallel and up to two layers of lap winding.

    9. Before winding, the automatic wire ranking can be conveniently set according to different wire specification. During the winding process, possible errors can be manually adjusted to ensure that the coil is tight.
